Linux

Choose this deployment method when installing an agent on a Linux environment.

Pre-requisites

You will need shell access to the Host, and the ability to run a command with sudo to install the BindPlane Log Agent service.

Windows

Choose this deployment method when installing an agent on a Windows environment.

Windows 2008 & Windows 10 Support

Limited support for Windows 2008 R2 SP3 and Windows 10, give us feedback, if you are interested in log monitoring on those platforms.

Kubernetes

Choose this deployment method when deploying to Kubernetes environment including managed environments like Amazon EKS.

Pre-requisites

You will need access to the Kubernetes cluster with the Kubernetes command-line tool (kubectl).

Once you have kubectl configured you use the Kubernetes deployment method in BindPlane to add an agent with the desired sources and destination to a cluster.

The Kubernetes deployment method supports Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, and Azure AKS.
